To begin with, we would recommend checking your order confirmation, as all of our books are printed as requested. However, if this is a mistake made by us, we will happily get this sorted for you if you can please contact our customer care team with your order number and any images of the mistake.
Our deliveries take place on working days, being Mondays to Fridays only (excluding bank holidays). Standard delivery for those products in stock will typically be next working day, for orders received and accepted before 4pm (this (this will not apply if additional checks and verifications by HP are required). For remote destinations delivery will normally be within 5 working days from order acceptance. These times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your cookbook is damaged, please contact our customer care team and provide your order number, as well as photos of damage to the book.
We understand mistakes happen and we will certainly try our best to make any changes we can. Please note, as all of our orders are dispatched the next working day after ordering, it may be too late to make a change. Please contact our customer care team as quickly as possible and we will try our best.
No need to worry! As long as the book hasn’t been dispatched or the discount hasn’t expired, we can certainly take the code for you. Please contact us with your order number and voucher code as soon as possible so we can get that sorted for you.
